Welcome

It's time for a new chapter. I am advocating for Napa's Latinx community through publications, activism, boards, and more. Let’s connect and see how I can help push your mission forward.

My Mission
After 30 years of running my own Immigration Consulting business, I knew it was time to retire. I am embarking on a new chapter as a Community Activist, working to bring inclusivity to our Latinx community in the Napa Valley.
I am open to collaborating with local organizations and non-profits by serving on boards, and educating the community through publication medium, guest speaking, and more.
Need support for your organization, non-profit or event? Contact me below to see if I can assist you on your community mission.

Services
Boards
I have served on various boards, including Queen of the Valley Medical Center, Napa Valley Adult School, and Clinic Ole. If you’re an organization looking for someone with diverse experience and a desire to make a positive difference - let’s connect.
Publications
With years of experience helping Napa Valleys Latinx community, I have a plethora of insight on all things immigration, inclusivity, and diversity. I am open to collaborating with organizations, and non-profits to spread awareness through blogs, articles, newspapers, and more.
Media
I'm the producer & host of the TV show “Charlando con... Teresa Foster”. I love providing an educational and informative program for the Latino community, in their language. I would love to continue this activism through guest podcasts, tv shows, or guest speaking.
About Teresa: Community Activist
I started out working in the private sector of Mexico City as a bilingual executive secretary at Reader's Digest. I excelled in my position and later worked for Chase Manhattan as well as Texas Instruments to name a few. When coming to America, I was presented the incredible opportunity to learn from a well known leader in Napa, Tala De Winter. Our partnerships led to the founding of my business as an Immigration Consultant, which I ran for 30 years.
Since then I've been President of Napa County Hispanic Network, as well as Ambassador, Co-chair helping fundraise for their annual Gala. I’ve had the pleasure of serving as a board member for the Queen of the Valley and Clinic Ole working with these organizations to serve the latinx community.

"Though I love looking back at my career as an immigration consultant, I know it’s time to continue serving Napa in a different way. I look forward to spreading awareness through my new mission and role as a community activist."
